Do I need to pay for GST?

Yes, all our prices shown are inclusive of 6% GST, so you can be sure that the price you see is the price you pay.

I am concerned that your order page is not secure.

Our Order Pages are hosted in a very secure environment. Please accept our assurances that your transactions are always conducted over secure connections. If you would still prefer to complete the transaction by telephone please contact us at 1800-1800-10.

I am having ordering difficulties.

I can't use my product - who should I call?

If you're experiencing problems with your battery, do give us a call at 1800-1800-10, and we here at The Battery Shop would be more than happy to set you straight.

Do you take trade in of the old battery?
Yes, all prices shown are inclusive of the trade in. Please advise us if you do not wish to trade in your old battery as additional surcharges may incur.
